While our practitioners channel higher energies and utilize various divination techniques, individual results may vary. Reiki healing, yoga and sound therapy does not replace conventional medicine, clients are advised to seek medical care where needed.

Cancellation and Changes Policy

Please note that all bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment unless booked through the website where full payment is required. Appointment and deposit can be made via payme, FPS, electronic transfer and octopus app.

Cancellations:

Cancellation and rescheduling must be made 6 hours prior to appointment time to avoid a 50% deposit charge. Online customers who cancels with less than 6 hours notice shall be refunded 50% of full amount paid for any service. For package customers, please note one session will be deducted if you cancel with less than 8 hours notice of booking time.
No-shows will forfeit their deposit and/ or full payment.

Changes:

We understand that life can be hectic and full of surprises. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or modify your appointment. Give us a call, email, text or WhatsApp at any time.

We reserve the right to make changes to the structure and content of our services to personalise your experience to ensure the best possible outcome. Please note your selected practitioner or master may be replaced by a different master, we will inform you of such changes. If you choose to reschedule due to the change of practitioner/ master we will endeavour to accommodate your next booking. 

 

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your appointment, every effort shall be made to let you know as soon as possible. Your payment, deposit or package will not be deducted.
