Clinical Pilates

​

Clinical Pilates is a specialised, therapeutic form of exercise tailored by physiotherapists to treat specific injuries, chronic pain, or physical limitations. Unlike general fitness Pilates, it involves a personalised assessment to create a customised program targeting rehabilitation, posture, and core stability. It is often used for back pain, post-surgical recovery, and antenatal/postnatal.

Yoga Therapy

​

Yoga for pain relief, rehabilitation, strengthening, mobility and postural alignment therapy. Manual massage and stretching with props may be used. One on one sessions only. A rehabilitation and treatment plan is advised with weekly sessions to rectify problem areas.
